April showers bring forth May flowers. ?
The month of April is denoted by blooming flowers, chirping birds, and the sun re-emerging from its long winter sleep (though I think we’re still waiting for the sun here in Seattle 😉 ).
This month is often associated with rebirth or getting a fresh start, which is good for us marketers. As you might have guessed, this article will go over the important dates and events in April and some marketing advice to help you keep improving your marketing strategy over the course of the month.
Important Dates and Events for April
Easter Sunday and April Fool’s Day: April 1
Both holidays fall on the same day this year. We’ll leave it up to you whether you’d like to organize an Easter newsletter or surprise your customers with an April Fool’s joke.
As long as you know your audience, you can’t go wrong!
World Health Day: April 7
Healthy living is definitely “in” these days. Show your followers on social media that you’re up with the times and show how your business promotes employee health.
You could also ask them how they like to stay healthy or crowdsource a good meal-prep salad recipe and give a prize to the follower with the best suggestion. Whatever you think will resonate most with your customers.
Earth Day: April 22
For Earth Day, find ways to reduce your carbon footprint and do something good for the environment. For example, you could forego the usual paper mailer and replace it with a digital newsletter.

a doubt, you have hit the nail on the head. The problem is something which not enough people are speaking intelligently
about. Now i’m very happy I stumbled across this in my
hunt for something regarding this.
