Сan you please tell me if you can help with the following problem? We have a store on Shopify and we need people who have abandoned the cart without buying to receive email messages: the first one an hour after the person has abandoned the cart, and the second one the next day.

Can you help us with this task?

In reply to SHAHMIR ALAM. Hello! Yes, it's absolutely possible to use Sendinblue's templates for your emails. They're accessible on all plans, including the free one. Just create an account and go to the Campaigns tab >> Choose Email from the left bar >> Click on Create an email campaign >> Template Gallery.

Hello Carles,

Thanks for your question! To share your resource as a link, you can save it as a PDF then upload it to a server location. For example, if you use WordPress you can upload the PDF to your media library and use the PDF file’s URL. Alternatively, you could upload your PDF to a cloud service like Google Drive or DropBox and use the shareable link. Once you have a link for your document you can include it in your Sendinblue email template for your contacts to download the resource.
