In terms of email marketing features, Sendinblue and GetResponse offer all you need to design and send targeted campaigns. Both solutions also offer 360° marketing kits so you can go beyond email with multichannel features like social media ads and landing pages.

However, GetResponse is lacking key functionality only available with their Enterprise-level solution, GetResponse Max. If you need to send transactional emails like password resets or order updates you must purchase a paid-add on to the Max package. SMS marketing is also missing from their core plans.

Both Sendinblue and GetResponse offer advanced automation functionality to send the right message at the right time based on subscriber data and behavior.

While GetResponse offers a range of prebuilt workflows, the choice is more limited on cheaper plans. For example, to send abandoned cart emails you’ll need the Plus plan.
