“Poetry is not for wimps”
Gwyneth Lewis
NaCOT (The National Centre for the Oral Tradition) is a newly formed registered charity (charity number 1144493) formed to celebrate and further the oral tradition. In the UK we have a National Theatre, National Museum, National Libraries, National Film School and numerous national stadia but we have nothing for the spoken-word-tradition that has carried our culture for 40,000 years
On the Border gratefully acknowledges the support of Literature Wales, the Welsh literature promotion agency and society for authors.
